🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Processing: Orders leave our kitchen within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times:

• North Island → 1–3 working days

• South Island → 2–5 working days

• Rural → add a couple extra days

Courier service: NZ Post / Aramex / Post Haste (depending on your area).
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order is on its way.

Missing or damaged items: If your parcel arrives cracked, leaking, or late (7+ days), email sales@sillychilly.co.nz with your order number and photo – we’ll make it right.
