Refund policy

🧾 REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

We want every jar to make you smile (and wink).

Food products: For food safety reasons we can’t accept returns if you change your mind.

Faulty or damaged goods: If your order arrives broken, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at sales@sillychilly.co.nz. We’ll replace or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Non-food items (merch etc): Can be returned within 28 days if unused and in original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
